Our Shamanic practices and active meditations will include:

  • Mayan Purification Bath—a centuries old art of moving the elements of the body
  • Trance Dance—a spiritual dance experience where we see with our hearts
  • Osho's active meditation techniques
  • Painting meditation—to discover the artist inside of you while enjoying the beauty of your creativity.

    • Kalani Oceanside Retreat Center is located in the district of Puna, which is on the southeast coast, surrounded by the mountains, jungle, sea and volcano—the natural elements give rise to the countless legends and myths within the Hawaiian Islands. Across the road from Kalani, dramatic lava cliffs which offer breath taking views of the sunrise, turtles, dolphins, whale watching and a short walk to the nearest black sand beach.

    Retreat begins on Saturday, November 24 at 7.30 pm and ends on Thursday, November 29 at 1 am.

    Lodge Room with private bath: $ 1350(single), $ 1200 (shared)

    Shuttles are available for an additional cost to and from Kalani.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    No refunds for cancellations within 6 weeks of your workshop. No refunds will be made for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat.

    TEACHER BIOS

    Shola Ricco

    Shola has devoted the last 20 years of her life to self-discovery and the evolution of her soul including study and sacred pilgrimages with healers in Peru, Belize, Mexico, India, Africa, Italy and Hawaii. She studied at the Natale Institute in Turin- Italy, a worldwide network of education and training programs for the body~mind~spirit. She is also a graduate of Nine Gates Mystery School (CA) ~Dr. Gay Luce.

    Shola lives in Hawaii and loves sharing the healing that comes in riding the waves of dance, breath, intention and ritual.
